It´s of course in the middle of "Fightweek" up in Norway at the moment, Mikaela Laurén and Cecilia Braekhus both warmed up with an easy public workout in front of a crowded shopping mall in Tönsberg, Norway, Wednesday afternoon, not far from where their anticipated mega-fight will take place on Saturday night (Oslofjord Convention Center, Stokke, Norway ). Mikaela took also, naturally, the time out to speak to Swedish and Norwegian press, before lacing up the gloves and perform a light but smooth exercise with among other things, shadow boxing, and hitting the pads on trainers, Wally Munteanu and Stefan Fernström. She looked fabulous and she felt great. "We are living together in a house in the middle of nowhere where there hasn´t been much to do lately but relax and take long walks, so this was great for me said Laurén afterwards and added, my weigt is now almost perfect, just two kilos above actual fighting weight, and we even managed to work a little bit on our tans in a tanning salon, so harmony is the word about now" Lauren admitted. Braekhus, cool as always, arrived to the public workout in a grey hoodie, starting off by stating clearly "there wont be any kissing Saturday night, just trading blows" referring of course to Mikaela´s infamous PR-stunt on the press conference earlier this week, which really created a buzz in the international press world wide. Cecilia also appeared in a relaxed mood, when, working out (skipping rope and hitting the pads). Two extremely calm athletes showed up. It´s looking good for Saturday night.
